Welcome to VedicConnect (“VedicConnect”, “App”, “Platform”, “Service”), operated by
Ayurverse Health (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of VedicConnect and related services.
By accessing or using VedicConnect, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
1. Eligibility & Age Restriction
- You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account and use VedicConnect.

2. Description of Services
VedicConnect is a secure telemedicine platform that enables you to:
- Book online appointments with doctors and medical professionals across multiple specialties.
- Consult with doctors via secure, real-time video calls.
- Share your symptoms, medical history, documents, images, and other health information during consultations.
- Receive digital prescriptions after consultations, which you can use at a pharmacy of your choice.
- Access curated content on health, wellness, lifestyle, fitness, nutrition, and preventive care.
VedicConnect is not designed for use in emergencies. In case of a medical emergency, you must contact your
local emergency number or visit the nearest hospital immediately.
3. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use
By using VedicConnect, you agree that you will:
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including medical history, symptoms, and identity details.
- Use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws.
- Not harass, abuse, threaten, or harm doctors, staff, or other users on the Platform.
- Not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
- Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service, its servers, or networks connected to the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we detect or reasonably suspect fraud, abuse,
illegal activity, or violation of these Terms.
4. Doctors, Medical Professionals & Medical Advice

Doctors and medical professionals providing consultations on VedicConnect are independent professionals.
They are solely responsible for:
- The medical advice they provide,
- The prescriptions they issue, and
- The diagnosis, treatment, and clinical decisions they make.
- VedicConnect does not practice medicine and does not interfere with the professional judgment of doctors.
- We do not guarantee any specific medical outcome, cure, or improvement as a result of using our Service.
5. Appointments, Payments & Refund Policy
VedicConnect may facilitate appointment booking and payment processing for online consultations.
- Consultation fees and pricing are displayed within the App and may vary by doctor or specialty.
- Payments are processed via secure, third-party payment gateways.

Refunds:
- Full refund if the doctor cancels or fails to join the consultation without rescheduling.
- No refund for completed consultations.

For delays or quality issues, refund or credit decisions are at VedicConnect’s reasonable discretion after
reviewing the case.

6. Digital Prescriptions
- Digital prescriptions are issued solely by the consulting doctor, based on their professional judgment.

- Verifying the prescription with the pharmacist.
- Using medicines exactly as prescribed.
- Informing the doctor of allergies, other medications, or medical conditions.
- Prescriptions may be subject to applicable local regulations, including restrictions on certain drugs.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, design elements, software code, graphics, text, and other materials available on
VedicConnect are the property of the Company or its licensors, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You agree that you will not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the App.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
- Use our trademarks or branding without prior written permission.
8. User Content, Reviews & Moderation
VedicConnect may allow you to submit content such as reviews, feedback, comments, and ratings
(“User Content”).
- You are responsible for the content you post and must ensure it is accurate and not misleading.
- You must not post content that is defamatory, abusive, hateful, obscene, illegal, or violates third-party rights.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind,
whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular
purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
- Any defects or errors will be corrected immediately.
- Any results or outcomes from using the Service will meet your expectations.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VedicConnect and its owners, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be
liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or
goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall be limited to the amount you paid for
the consultation giving rise to such claim, if any.
15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Punjab, India.

this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
